Refunds

We do not refund purchases except where required under Australian law. However, if our products have been damaged, break in use (highly unlikely) or just don’t meet your standards, please feel free to contact us and we will happily exchange the parts.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange any of our products, we will need your full name and address along with the date of purchase. This is so we can track your purchase and correctly exchange the goods as soon as possible!
